Back around 2011, I was working as a specialist business advisor for a Big 4 bank.
Most days I found myself having conversations with business owners expressing their deepest frustrations at not being able to solve their business problems. Their other advisors didn't seem to understand and evidently couldn't provide much help.
These business owners were struggling with all the usual issues. Not making enough profit or cashflow. Problems with building the right team.
Unsure whether their numbers were good or bad. Lack of good business systems. Working too hard for not enough return. Feeling like they were always fighting fires and not able to take a real break!
Shortly after that, I decided I wanted to use my knowledge and experience to make a real difference to these struggling business owners and provide the answers to these problems.
Leaving the corporate world behind, Potentialise Business Advisory was born and I set about my real passion - to help business owners succeed!
